I stopped in because I needed to use the ATM, because I needed fuel and the Gas station down the road didn't accept card. (Not my brightest moment to be low on fuel in the UP) Figured I would have a beverage while I was there. I was the only one in there since it was 11:15. They had just opened. Maggie I believe was the server/bartender. She was super friendly and I enjoyed the conversation. This is my idea of the perfect stop to have a beverage, maybe a quick snack(hot dog & bag of chips), and continue on your expedition. Thank you for the great service.
Super nice bar with really good drinks and the bartender, Grant, is an absolute gem and knows what he's talking about when it comes to spirits. Also, they have great hot dogs!
Stopped at the Bar for lunch, had footlong hotdogs, sat outside, watched the birds flying around the cliffs, and the hummingbirds at the feeders. Enjoyed ourselves, was a very nice stop, server was very friendly, the hotdogs were good, I really liked their relish, it was different and very good!
10/10 Way better than expected. I was expecting a UTV/snowmobile stop and boy was I surprised. It’s a cocktail bar! Now owned by the owner of Fitzgeralds in eaglewhatever. The physical bar is super cool, best one in the UP, you’ll have to see it yourself! Re-opened in Feb 2025, I love what they are doing. On a personal note, and this may not go for everyone..... a cocktail bar with Busch light on tap and frozen Manhattans LFG!!! (Some) made to order cocktails and a specialty cocktail menu, serving mustard and giardinara or Chicago style footlong hotdogs. LFG Cliff View.
Gf and i went there tonight for food. They only serve hot dogs but hear me out, those hot dogs are wayyyyy better than your average hot dog you normally get at a restaurant. Friendly staff as well. We will be back many times. Extremely easy trail access as well.
Cabin was cozy and warm. The views are spectacular in that area. Shower had good pressure and warm water. Fridge operated as it should. Beds were comfy! Marjie gets major kudos for her timely communication on AirBnb. The bar has a nice inviting feel. Customers were fun and jovial during my stay. Staff was more than hospitable. Kyleigh made the bar inviting, she was on top of drinks, clearing other tables, and checking in with us personally during the proper times. Will be returning to both the cabins and the bar. Thank you!!
Stopped by the Cliff View Bar with friends after a hike grabbed a big hot dog and drinks. Both of which were great. The service was top notch. Fun time
